In the event of an issue, AB products are backed by comprehensive warranties, as well as an exchange/refund policy for accessories. Should your warranty be set to expire or recently expired, AB offers peace of mind with an extended warranty to keep your system’s processor and headpiece covered.

  • AquaMic Headpiece: 2-year warranty from the initial stimulation date

  • Universal Headpiece (UHP) and AquaMic headpiece cables: 1-year warranty from the initial stimulation date or time of purchase if purchased separately

  • Battery Charger: 3-year warranty from the initial stimulation date
    • \n
  • Neptune Battery Charger: 90-day implied warranty

  • T-Mic™ Microphone: 1-year warranty from the initial stimulation date or time of purchase if purchased separately
